Terms of use
Last updated · 2026-05-27
These short terms apply when you use the Vozla iOS app or this website. Plain English, no surprises.
Who provides Vozla
Vozla is an iOS app provided by Saroar, an individual developer trading as byAlif, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Free for the first six months
Vozla v1.0 is free to use for at least the first six months after public launch. After that period, a subscription tier may be introduced. We will tell you well in advance, in-app, before any pricing change applies to you.
Your account
You can use Vozla without signing in, but signing in with your email lets your progress sync. You may delete your account and all related data from the in-app settings at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: do not attempt to reverse-engineer the backend, do not flood it with automated requests, and do not use Vozla to harm other users (relevant when v1.1 adds social features).
Content
The Lisbon-Portuguese vocabulary, audio recordings, illustrations, and UI of Vozla are the intellectual property of byAlif. You may not republish or resell them.
No warranty
Vozla is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best, but errors and downtime can happen. Liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Vozla in the current calendar year (zero, during the free period).
Changes
If we update these terms in a material way we will notify you in-app. Continued use after a notice counts as acceptance.
